Hello yarn friends! The chilly weather is a great reason to get going on your favorite gift ideas for the holidays. We are always happy to help with any knit or crochet questions you might have. Dates to remember: Yarn Shop will be Closed November 26 and 27 December 24 we will close at 3pm and we will be Closed December 25. We want our employees to enjoy time with their families!

This is a more casual celebration with make and take, Snacks,
Prize drawings and great gift ideas. Cost: $5 (for make and take)
We will be open for business all day.

Our class schedule is ready for the next couple of months, you can sign up online or stop by the shop. As always the materials for our classes are 15% off. Wednesday - November 4 from 2-4 pm: Toe Up Slipper Socks. This class will teach you a toe up cast on and heel technique as well as a stretchy bind off. We will be using bulky yarn so this project is a great quick knit idea. Saturday - November 14 from noon to 1:30: Arm Knitting. This class is a great one for any age knitter. Wednesday - November 18 from 1-3 pm: Thrum Knitting. Thrum knitting is a great way to add a layer of warmth to many accessories. We will be making mittens. Wednesday - December 9 from 1-3 pm: Cast on and Bind Off. In this class we will be teaching three cast on methods and three bind off techniques. Knit Along - January start - Details coming soon!
