Summer Happenings

Thank you to all that came by to see us during the Local Yarn Shop Tour this year! We always enjoy seeing each and every one of you! Don't forget to make sure and use your pattern codes before July 1st! Then just two weeks after the tour we got to see all of our Fiber Fusion friends! It’s a great time of year for our knitting/crocheting/spinning and weaving families. During these events we launched a couple of new yarn lines that had great reviews! Thank you all so much!

Judy has been busy in the dye studio! We launched the Studio Q Amalya Lace Weight collection in 13 colors and a Non superwash sport weight yarn in 7 colors (not shown). She is having a great time hand dyeing our Studio Q line and expanding it over time. Pictured below are a few of our Amalya colors, the sock yarn she dyed to match the LYS bags, and a color dyed specifically for Fiber Fusion.

Among our new lines of yarn she also dyed a DK long gradient yarn for a cowl pattern we love. Damask Cowl by Nancy Marchant. We have this in 6 colors. We are also moving into Part III of our Studio Q Sock Society with the three-month subscription up on the website and ready for ordering. These are available in Sock/Fingering weight or DK. Pictured below are a few of our PNW themed colors from months past.

During the LYS tour we had the privilege of hosting Marie Greene of Olive Knits for a book signing. She is such a delightful person! We have a few signed books left at the shop. Also joining our collection of yarns at the shop is Hue Loco. We carry her Barnyard Collection, Phyllis Sock and Tweed sock. We love her yarn and apparently so did most everyone at Fiber Fusion! Come on by and take a look! Moving into summer we have new hours that will be in effect from June 15th through Labor Day. Again, thank you to all of our amazing fiber friends! We appreciate you, and we couldn't do what we do without you!
