Tis the Season!

Sweater weather is here! We have listed the sign up for our January Sweater knit along on the website. We will be knitting the Clotilde Cardigan or Pullover using Knitting for Olive yarn.  We will be meeting Fridays in January from 10-noon. The yarn needs to be pre-ordered by December 5th. The sooner the better due to this yarn being so popular and colors selling out.  Space is limited so sign up asap! Cost is $25.

12th Anniversary Event

Saturday December 7th

Quintessential Knits will be 12 years old! It's been an amazing 12 years, thanks to all of you! We are celebrating with three events on Saturday the 7th of December.

The shop will be CLOSED and the events are by reservation only. 

1 - Spinning event from 10:30-12:30

2 - Crochet event with a special guest to teach a fun crochet technique from 2-4pm

3 - Knitting event with a special demonstration for knitters from 5-7pm. 

Disclaimer - anyone can come to any of the events we will just be featuring specific things at each event for you. 

​There will be giveaways, prizes, food and beverages.

The 2025 Studio Q Sock Society is a subscription based sock yarn club. On the 5th of every month, you will receive a skein of hand dyed sock yarn by Studio Q, exclusive yarn line for Quintessential Knits. The 2025 Sock Subscription is an Art Inspired theme and includes: 1 -  75/25 SWMerino/ Nylon 4 ply sock yarn 463 yds/100g skein OR 1- 75/25 SW Merino/Nylon 4 ply DK yarn 245 yds/100g. You choose at checkout.  The subscription is for three months, January - March, and can be renewed for another three-month period. This subscription can only be ordered on the website for pick up at the shop. Sign up before December 15th to be eligible for Part one (January - March). Pictured below are just some of the colors from 2024 in the DK weight.

January - The much anticipated, 'Knitting Socks that Fit' class, by Megan, is coming in January! It will be Wednesday January 15th from 10:30-1:30, January 29th from 10:30-1:30 and February 12th from 10:30-12:30. More details will be on our website soon!
